1. What should I do if I can't see an event I want listed ?

We can source you tickets for any event. Simply email us your enquiry and one of our dedicated consultants will assist you further.   

2. When will I recieve my tickets for the event ?

Your full event documentation will be dispatched at least 5 days prior to your event, often earlier, dependant on the event. For peace of mind all tickets will be despacted via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery so you can fully track your tickets from the moment they leave our office until they arrive in your hand.

3. Are there any booking fees ?

No. With Sportlux the price you are quoted is the price you will pay.  

4. Do you sell official hospitality packages ?

Yes, we pride ourselves on providing a wide range of official hospitality options at each of our events. This guarantees our clients enjoy the best possible experience and ensures that none of our guests are disappointed by the quality of the hospitality, as is often the case with unofficial packages.

5. How can I find out about upcoming events ?

You can stay updated with all future events and special offers, simply by signing up to our newsletter, alternatively you can take a look at our regularly updated events calendar.

6. How far In advance should I book ?

It is always advantageous to book as far in advance as possible. Earlier bookings can often recieve priority ticket allocations and enjoy early booking discounts.

7. Do we get a designated account manager to deal with our bookings ?

Yes. Every client is assigned a personal events specialist to assist them with their individual requirements; offering expert advice.

8. Does Sportlux offer tickets without hospitality ?

Yes. We offer a wide range of ticket only options to exclusive and sold out events globally. Contact us today for more information and to discuss your requirements.

9. Can Sportlux arrange a bespoke hospitality event ?

Yes. We regularly provide bespoke hospitality events for both private clients and corporations. Discuss your specific requirements with one of our event specialists today.

10. Why is it better to book with Sportlux and not directly with the venue ?

Sportlux has the advantage of being able to offer clients hospitality packages at equally competitive rates as the venues. Sportlux will also assign you a dedicated account manager, who will advise you on everything from discounts to delivery dates and will be contactable at any time from the day you book right up to the day of the event to answer any queries or questions that may arise.

11. How do I pay for my event ?

You are able to pay securely via Worldpay directly through our website. We acccept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment over the phone and via bank transfer or cheque.
